The second certificate awards ceremony for the Preston-Ajman Chess Club was held on 15 October 2009. Mr. Sarwar Hussain, Chess Club Advisor, welcomed the audience and gave a brief summary of recent club activities. Director General Mr. Sajjad Hussain awarded certificates and prizes to the winners of the various competitions.                   

Junaid Rafeek (BBA-V) was declared Preston-Ajman Chess Champion for 2009. Mohammad Abdullah (BBA-V) earned runner-up honors, and Omer Ejaz (BSIT-IV) was named Best Player of 2009. The DG congratulated all of the participants and appreciated their competitive spirit. Several faculty members, staff, and students were part of this event.
