His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council, the Ruler of Ajman, graced the auspicious ceremony of the Fifth Convocation of Preston University-Ajman and awarded degrees to the graduates. The event was held at the Al Zahra Hall in the Umm Al Moumineen Women's Association in Ajman.

His Highness congratulated Preston University-Ajman on the progress it has made in the last few years, including the move to a larger and more modern facility. He wished the University continued success in its pursuit of quality education.

In his address, University President Dr. Abdul Basit thanked His Highness the Ruler of Ajman for his continued patronage and support for the University.

Dr. Jerry Haenisch, University Chancellor, also addressed the ceremony.

His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the Ruler of Ajman, awarded gold medals to the top Preston-Ajman graduates. His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Majid Bin Saeed Al Nuaimi, President of the Ruler's Court, awarded degrees to the graduates of Preston-Ajman.

Senior officials from the Emirate of Ajman and a host of other VIPs also attended the ceremony.

The graduates, their families, and guests attended a luncheon and enjoyed student-directed entertainment at the Umm Al Moumineen Women's Association.
