On 29^th of December 2010, the third awarding certificate ceremony of Preston chess club was held in conference room of university. Mr Sarwar Hussain, advisor of chess club welcomed the audience and briefed the activities of chess club. Director General Mr. Hussain awarded the certificates and prizes to the winners of the competitions. Mhedi Samar of BSIT morning batch was declared to be Preston chess champion of 2010 and winner of final where as Basam Samih of BBA morning was runner up. Khairu Alam of foundation batch was selected for the best player of 20101. The DG congratulated the participants of matches and appreciated their sporting spirits. The event was attended by number of faculty, staff and students.
