Certificate in English Language

Who should take this course?
Any student who wants a combination of general, academic, and professional English in a highly communicative environment.

Entry Criteria
There are four learning levels available: Access, Elementary, Intermediate, and Advanced. Upon arrival, students meet with a senior member of our staff to ensure that they are being placed in the appropriate level to meet their learning needs and objectives.
Access level is offered only for those who are just starting to learn English.

How can I progress after this course?

These courses are an ideal way to prepare students who require broad training in English and who wish to specialize later in our business-focused classes or test preparation courses such as IELTS or TOEFL to either start a university education or to join a particular profession.
The curriculum uses the Cambridge Interchange and Passages series, standard texts used by universities across the world. Each learning level is 30 hours or four weeks in duration. As students successfully complete each level, they are entitled to receive a certificate. After completing the entire sequence, they are entitled to receive a certificate.
Students enrolled in an undergraduate degree program who require additional English language development can complete these courses during each semester. Typically, these students complete four courses per semester.
